Perfect for small groups
The Center can host up to 50 people. Located in Grand Center across the street from St. Louis University, the Center offers a full kitchen, dishes and linen service, tables & chairs, one full bath and one half bath, full internet service with WIFI, Sonos, a flat-screen television, and much more.
Rental Fee
The Center’s minimum rental fee is an all-inclusive $289.
The base rate is for a four-hour event. In addition, we allow two hours to set up and one hour to clean up.
For example, a typical event schedule may be:
— 2 PM to 4 PM: Setup time
— 4 PM to 8 PM: Your scheduled event time
— 8 PM to 9 PM: Clean-up time
Additional time is billed at a rate of $40/hour. We understand that all parties and events are unique. We’re happy to tailor pricing to your event. Use the form on this page to contact us with your event details and requests.
A $50 down payment is due at the time of booking to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than one week before your event.
Effective Immediately and Until Further Notice:
There is a noise curfew for events that extend beyond 8 PM any day of the week. To respect residents who live above the Center, “quiet hours” must be observed after 8 PM.
Making a Reservation
We use Vacation Rental software to manage the schedule for the Center on Vandeventer. When you enter your desired date, the reservation software will ask you for a checkout date. We know that you’re not staying overnight, but enter the next date as a default (that’s how vacation rental software works). Book the Center here.
