Loft at Shenandoah
Delightful one-of-a-kind apartment! The Loft has a full kitchen, central air conditioning, oversized two-car garage, alarm system, washer and dryer, lots of storage space and much more. The Loft is full of light, featuring two historic monitors (or skylights). The large monitor is over the living room, and the smaller monitor is over the King-sized bed.
Before your arrival, the Loft will be stocked with welcome teas and treats, freshly roasted coffee, and light breakfast foods to start your stay. You'll also find a range of cleaning supplies that you're welcome to use and complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-Tips, etc.). To keep our rates low, we don't replenish these items during your stay.
The Loft sleeps up to four. A second-floor sleeping area with curtains for privacy features a top-quality King-sized bed. The beds for third and four persons are highest-quality rollaways that are set up in the main living area. The Loft is an open space, so third and fourth persons in residence will not have privacy. Base rates are for two guests sharing the king bed. If you would like to use one rollaway bed, please make your reservation for three guests. If you would like both rollaways beds, please make your reservation for four guests.

The Loft has high-speed dedicated internet service with WIFI, and an antenna for local stations on the flat screen television. Please note that due to the location of the building, the antenna may experience interruptions. You are welcome to log into any streaming services to which you subscribe through the Roku Smart TV.

The world-renowned Missouri Botanical Garden is a delightful walk west of the Loft through some of the city's finest historic neighborhoods. St. Louis University Medical Center is within walking distance. The main campus of St. Louis University is two miles north. Washington University's main campus is about seven miles from the Loft. Barnes Hospital & Washington University Medical Center is four miles from the apartment. Numerous restaurants and magnificent historic parks are within walking distance.
