The Evelyn is a thoughtfully designed studio apartment in grand and historic Tower Grove East, across the street from Compton Heights. Amazing discounts for longer stays, with weekly housekeeping included.
The kitchen is tiny but fully equipped, with a gas range, frost-free refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The apartment sleeps up to two on a top-quality Queen-sized bed. When weather permits, enjoy coffee in the courtyard.
Before your arrival, the Evelyn will be stocked with welcome teas and treats, freshly roasted coffee, and light breakfast foods to start your stay. You will also find a range of cleaning supplies and complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-Tips, etc.). To keep rates low, we do not replenish these items during your stay.
The apartment is on the first floor. The Evelyn features high-speed internet access. The smart TV has an antenna for local stations.
The bathroom in the Evelyn does not have a bathtub. There is a shower and a "shave your legs" tub, not a bathtub that you can soak in.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. While we all love them, pets are not allowed in the Evelyn. If you're traveling with an infant, we have a pack-and-play available for a $10 one-time charge. If you would like to use it, let us know.
We accept same-day reservations, if you contact us by 2 PM Central Time USA. Upon making a reservation, you will be notified of SF Shannon House Rules. Creation of a reservation indicates acceptance of SF Shannon policies.

The Gateway Arch and Downtown St. Louis are less than four miles from the Evelyn. The world-renowned Missouri Botanical Garden is a delightful walk, through some of the city's finest historic neighborhoods. St. Louis University Medical Center is within walking distance. The main campus of St. Louis University is two miles north. Washington University's main campus is about seven miles. Barnes Hospital & Washington University Medical Center is four miles from the apartment.
