The Emma Sale Suite is a studio apartment in the Central West End, one of St. Louis' best walking neighborhoods. "Emma" provides a cozy home for up to two guests, offering everything you'd expect and more.
The apartment’s luscious Queen-sized bed is the best manufactured in St. Louis. The kitchen features a full-sized gas range and lovely oak dining table.
Before your arrival, the Emma Sale Suite will be stocked with welcome teas and treats, freshly roasted coffee, and light breakfast foods to start your stay. You'll also find a range of cleaning supplies that you're welcome to use and complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-Tips, etc.). To keep our rates low, we don't replenish these items during your stay.
“Emma” features dedicated high-speed internet access and WIFI and local TV service. You are welcome to log into any streaming services to which you subscribe through a Roku Box.
The Emma Sale Suite is on the sixth floor of The Fremont, an historic building in the Central West End. This seven-story building has its original 1920s-era elevator. While the elevator is dependable and kept in good working order, it sometimes goes out. Should the elevator stop working, we make every effort to repair it right away! Be aware that you might need to use the stairs. Please note that there are six flights of stairs. We regret that we cannot guarantee elevator service to the Emma Sale Suite, though you'll usually have it.
Dynamic pricing ensures competitive rates. State lodging taxes apply to stays of less than 30 nights and City lodging taxes also apply to stays of less than 32 nights. SF Shannon offers weekly and monthly discounts, which are applied at the time of booking. Contact us if you are a long-term guest who would like your reservation divided into monthly payments.

The co-owners live within walking distance of each SF Shannon vacation rental. Rachel, Karen and their spouses have raised their families in their respective neighborhoods, and have always felt perfectly safe.
At The Fremont (the building that is home to the Emma Sale Suite), the Central West End Neighborhood Security Initiative has installed exterior security cameras on the building. In the event of any criminal activity, a police officer employed by that taxing district has the ability to monitor camera footage.
