The Beckmann offers unique comfort in a well-maintained 1920s-era apartment complex on magnificent Tower Grove Park. Designed for discerning guests who love historic architecture, we hope the Beckmann will have everything you need for your stay. The kitchen has a gas range, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, frost-free refrigerator, and linens, dishes, pots & pans. When you are ready to sleep, enjoy super soft linens on the Beckmann's top-quality Queen-sized bed!

The apartment has high-speed internet, and a smart TV with an antenna for local stations. All linens are included. Yes, there is a hair dryer. Weekly housekeeping is included for long-term stays.
Smoking is prohibited, in the apartment and anywhere on the premises. Sorry, while we all love them, we do not allow pets at the Beckmann.
We accept same-day reservations, if you contact us by 2 PM Central Time USA. Upon making a reservation, you will be notified of SF Shannon House Rules. Creation of a reservation indicates acceptance of SF Shannon policies.
If you plan to be in residence longer than a month, we accept monthly payments. There is no lease, but you must submit a rental application and pay a security deposit. Long-term guests must provide proof of their own renters insurance, or pay a nominal monthly fee for Tenant Liability Insurance. This insurance is underwritten by Great American Insurance Group and covers accidental or unintentional damage to the premises, but not to your personal possessions.
State lodging taxes apply to stays less than 30 nights. City lodging taxes apply to stays less than 32 nights.

Parking is free and on-street in front of the building. Because Tower Grove Park is across the street, there usually is ample parking available.

The co-owners live within walking distance of each SF Shannon vacation rental. Rachel, Karen and their spouses have raised their families in their respective neighborhoods, and have always felt perfectly safe.
