The Adler Suite is a unique and beautifully appointed one-bedroom apartment in the heart of St. Louis' incredible Central West End. Amazing discounts for longer stays, with weekly housekeeping included.
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for basic meal preparation. Soak in the Adler Suite's original clawfoot bathtub, or if you prefer a shower, that's fine, too. Enjoy soft linens as you drift off to sleep on the Adler's top-quality Queen bed. Enjoy high-speed dedicated internet service. The smart TV has an antenna for local stations. There is no television in the bedroom.
Before your arrival, the Adler Suite will be stocked with welcome teas and treats, freshly roasted coffee, and light breakfast foods to start your stay. You'll find cleaning supplies that you're welcome to use and complimentary toiletries: soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-Tips, etc. To keep our rates low, we don't replenish these items during your stay. We hope you'll find everything you need! There's an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and so much more. A laundromat is available in the building's upper lobby for guests.
While the Adler Suite is on the first floor, please note that it is accessible only by a half flight of stairs leading from the lobby up to the first floor. The apartment is at the back of the building on an alley, with a popular bar right next door. Given the Adler Suite's location, you may hear noise from the bar and its patrons, or from trucks picking up trash in the wee morning hours. As a courtesy, we keep ear plugs in the bathroom medicine cabinet, and a white noise machine in the bedroom and living room.
We accept same-day reservations, if you contact us by 2 PM Central Time USA. Sorry, while we all love them, we do not allow pets at the Adler Suite. Smoking is prohibited.
Upon making a reservation, you will be notified of SF Shannon's House Rules. Creation of a reservation indicates acceptance of SF Shannon's policies.
Dynamic pricing ensures competitive rates. Weekly and monthly discounts are auto-applied at time of booking. You will always find best pricing by booking direct at SF Shannon.
If you plan to be in residence longer than a month, we accept monthly payments. There is no lease, but you must submit a rental application and pay a security deposit. Long-term guests must provide proof of their own renters insurance, or pay a nominal monthly fee for Tenant Liability Insurance. This insurance is underwritten by Great American Insurance Group and covers accidental or unintentional damage to the premises, but not to your personal possessions.
State lodging taxes apply to stays less than 30 nights. City lodging taxes apply to stays less than 32 nights.
