Center on Vandeventer
The Center on Vandeventer is an event space for up to 50 people. Located in the heart of St. Louis, the Center offers a full kitchen, dishes, linens, tables & chairs. There is one full bath and one half bath, full internet service with WIFI, Sonos, flat-screen television, and much more.
You may reserve the Center through this site. When you enter your desired date, the reservation software will ask you for a checkout date. Enter the next date as a default (yes, we know that you are not staying overnight). In the "Comments" section, give us as many details as possible about your event to help us serve you better.
The Center's minimum rental fee is an all-inclusive $289. The base rate is for a four-hour event. In addition to the allowed event time, the fee includes two hours to set up and one hour to clean up. Additional event time is billed at a rate of $40/hour.
We understand that all parties and events are unique. We're happy to tailor pricing to your event. Please ask!
A $50 down payment is due at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Your remaining balance will be charged to your credit card on file eight days before your event.
